Sam’s answer: I loved school and I looked forward to it every day and especially music and art classes.

Sam’s answer: I have grown up a lot over the last few years and I have learned so much from travelling around the world and experiencing life.  I know now what my destiny is.

Sam’s answer: To write songs for other artists and to perform a song that will be the title track in a block buster movie.

No, no, no that's absolutely not true. It was taken in such an Express Photo Box. Sam looks quite serious but lovely, of course. By the way it was taken during Sam's "Brunette Period". (El Presidente)

Sam’s answer: I don’t believe that people really realise what a British commodity I am.

What is the concept for your upcoming album? Is there any link to your former ones or will it be totally different? [Paul Cosma, Czech Republic]
Sam’s answer: Every track will be inspiring to others. I would say it is the most exciting album I have ever done using many musical influences. The lyrics that I will be writing will be very heartfelt and truthful.

Sam’s answer: Good music stands alone. Look at the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, their music is still around today. I want to make timeless music too.

Sam’s answer: I want to still be entertaining far and beyond ten years time (or maybe even changing nappies – who knows!!!)

Sam’s answer: Wow – she worked really hard and she made me smile.

Sam’s answer: By a Priest at church service.

I once talked to you, Sammy, and I stumbled over telling you are wonderful. Do you think it's amusing when people get so nervous talking to you? [Nadia Spada, Australia]
Sam’s answer: I don't find it amusing. If someone becomes nervous it means that he/she likes me.
But please, there is no reason to become shy or nervous. I'm really a normal person.

Are you hesitant to reveal a lot of your personal life in songs? [Sam McFarley, Great Britain]
Sam’s answer: No, because now I love the fact I can write my own songs and I can at last express the real Sam Fox to my fans. I love being honest.

Sam’s answer: In the early days it was my father. I was so impressed by his intuition and knowledge. He taught me so much and he always had big dreams. Now it's gotta be my manager Myra Stratton – she believes in me 100 %.

Which songs have the most personal meaning to you, and were any of them difficult emotionally to write? [John Paul Carttier, Canada]
Sam’s answer: Even In The Darkest Hours – it reminds me when I first moved to Spain , and my PA Paula left and for the very first time I was really alone. Say What You Want – it's a real positive song. We all have a voice, and it should be heard. Most of the verses are about the bad relationships I've had but then the choruses say to leave the past behind and to get on with your life.

Could you imagine to play the main role in a movie which storyline is based on your personal life and career? [Sandra Bach, Germany]
Sam’s answer: After my book has been written a film company have already said they want to do a movie of my life. I would like to play myself in a role, which reflects the last decade of my life most definitely. The last 10/15 years were really the most important years of my life.

Sam’s answer: If it was really necessary and it was a real love story about two people in love. It would have to be shot like the sexy scenes in 9 1/2 Weeks. <ha ha>

Sam’s answer: No, not this year. Maybe next year – I'm just concentrating on my music, for now.

In the late 1980s there was a rumour you would like to publish a book called 100 Naughty Jokes About Samantha Fox. I’m not sure but such book was never released. But nevertheless tell me you personal favourite joke about Sam Fox, please? [Anita Suszlowska]
Sam’s answer: 1. No 2. Never heard one.

I have always dreamed of being a pop star, as a star what is one of your biggest dreams? [Polly van Straaten]
Sam’s answer: Everything I am - and when I was a little girl I wanted to be the most famous person in the world.

Sam’s answer: Writing YES but maybe not singing.

Sam, could you give me a little insight into a normal day of your life? Do you spend a lot of time together with family and friends? [Esmeralda de Sientes]
Sam’s answer: My life is not that different than anyone else's from day to day. I do like to shop and spend a lot of time with friends. Even though I don't "go to work" everyday, I am always working.

Hi Sam, my name is Mika and I'm 27 years old from Japan. I have a three-year-old son who adores your music as much as I do. He always starts to dance when you start to sing. I was asking myself if you have ever considered singing children's songs. I know there is at least one three-year-old fan out there who would absolutely love it! Is there also a chance to see you in Japan soon again? It would be so wonderful to see you here in Japan. And it would make me so happy if you would give my little son a little kiss. Sam’s answer: Why not, maybe I'll sing them in Japanese.

Do you have any regrets about your early photos? Do you think you were cast differently because of your Page 3 career? [Lizzy de Vos]
Sam’s answer: No regrets whatsoever. I was only cast differently by limited members of the public.

Is the any chance of you performing in Sydney, Australia in the future?  We have a great club scene and the gay community would be especially supportive and appreciative. Around March would be ideal - THE SYDNEY MARDI GRAS!!!! PLEASE come and perform. [Shane Fawcett]
Sam’s answer: Yes, I hope that Sydney will be part of my world tour next year. Hopefully I will be playing the Mardi Gras.

Do you know that the Italian fans haven’t forgot you? When will you perform in Italy again? [Guglielmo Versetti]
Sam’s answer: I have just done a TV Show in MILAN which was broadcast in August, hopefully the Italians will want me back soon.

How do you remain so level headed when so many fans will tell you how great you are and how great you look? [Laurence Culley]
Sam’s answer: Well as we’ve met several times Laurence you are aware that I am a normal girl with normal dreams I am no different to any of my friends and my mum would have clipped me round the ear hole if I  was any different.
